We bake all our breads fresh daily, and Homestyle Breads are generally out of the oven around 11:00am. 
Artisan Breads are typically out of the oven and ready to slice by 1:30pm.

ARTISAN LOAVES are European hearth breads baked in a steam injected Italian oven for a distinct crust. Most are either unsweetened or only slightly sweetened.

HOME STYLE LOAVES are the soft-crusted breads sweetened with honey or molasses.

Great Harvest specializes in 100% whole grain bread. We grind our whole wheat flour fresh each day on a stone mill in the bakery.
