Nutrition Tables - 100% Whole Grain Breads

We specialize in whole wheat breads made from carefully selected high protein grain that we grind fresh daily on a stone mill at the bakery. We also bake delicious white bread made from the finest ingredients, plus breads made with fruit, cheese, nuts and seeds.
